Michel Farinet : ウィキペディア英語版 | Michel Farinet
Michel Farinet (born 11 November 1937) is a French artist of electronic music. He has co-produced songs with DJ Benny Benassi. Born in Picardy (France), Farinet has become a popular underground artist who publishes his songs on the Internet. == President Nicolas Sarkozy == On 23 February 2008, French president Nicolas Sarkozy visited the International Agricultural Show in Paris. It is assumed that Farinet was the subject of Sarkozy's insult "Casse-toi pov' con !" (Then get lost, you poor jerk!〔http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/25/world/europe/25iht-france.4.10379689.html〕) after he rejected to shake Sarkozy's hand. Although Farinet publicly claimed being wrongly accused,〔http://www.rtl.fr/actualites/article/l-etrange-salon-de-l-agriculture-de-monsieur-farinet-54769〕 Internet users pointed out a remarkable resemblance. Furthermore, the fact that having published a politically motivated book regarding Sarkozy prior to the incident〔Nicolas Sarkozy ! Quelle Démocratie ? ()〕 is supposed to make him suspicious as well.
